SS28 Reference Speaker Stand
Our Flagship, SoundFoundations SS28 speaker stands complement vintage and modern hi-fi. It is of critical importance for the performance of monitor/bookshelf -type loudspeakers to have them positioned at the correct height. Additionally, since this type of speaker is often relatively light in weight compared to floor-standing units, it is essential to maintain high stability and rigidity. And, as with all components, proper decoupling and isolation is important.

The SS Series fulfills a longstanding need for very high stability and supreme isolation for extracting the absolute best from monitor speakers. The three tubular supports end with a crimped steel bar. The stainless steel spikes are removable and levelable.
The top plate is 5mm thick Sand blasted powder coated steel and is interchangeable, ensuring a high degree of optimization for upgrades with the largest number of loudspeakers. Decoupling and isolation between the Steel Frame and the shelf is achieved through three precision steel ball bearings.
These machine-welded tripods are assembled through a traditional unbreakable Stainless argon welding process, performed on accurate jigs for precise dimensions and no shrinkages. The SS stands are also supplied with Antiskid silicon gel pads for placing the speaker on the top plate.

Please note that the stand is a single-piece welded structure. For quality control reasons, we stock the stand in an uncoated condition.
We apply the color coating only when an order is received and according to the selected color. Therefore, dispatch takes one week after the receipt of the order.
