  • Returns: Once goods have been shipped and/or delivered, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is found to be incorrect from the one ordered or damaged or defective upon delivery. We don’t have any return and refund policy.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective product, a product damaged during shipping, a missing item, or an incorrect item, you must notify soundfoundations.in within 12 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the identical product. Store credit will be issued if a replacement is unavailable within 30-45 days.
  • Order Cancellation: If your order has been placed but not yet processed, you may cancel the order and receive 100% store credit, which can be applied toward any other item available on soundfoundations.in. Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
  • Warranty: Soundfoundations.in is an authorized dealer for all brands listed on our website. All products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty valid in India. Please note that international warranties and return policies do not apply within India.
