Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zenith Metal Industries ( SoundFoundations )  We value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Please review our refund and return policy below.

  1. Returns

We accept returns of products within 10 days of purchase for only Generic “in stock items” and Returns are NOT accepted for Custom Made Items unless there is a design Fault or Shipping Damage .

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

 All Items that are custom Made on request

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be sent to you within 15 business days.
  • A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Refunds will be issued through a method communicated to you at the time of approval.
  1. Exchanges

We do Not allow exchanges of products once the product is paid for and the correct as per ordered product is shipped .

  1. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.

  1. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai City Only

  • Final Sales: All sales on soundfoundations.in are final. We strongly encourage buyers to carefully review the product specifications, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
  • Returns: Once goods have been shipped and/or delivered, returns or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is found to be incorrect from the one ordered or damaged or defective upon delivery. We don’t have any return and refund policy.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective product, a product damaged during shipping, a missing item, or an incorrect item, you must notify soundfoundations.in within 12 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the identical product. Store credit will be issued if a replacement is unavailable within 30-45 days.
  • Order Cancellation: If your order has been placed but not yet processed, you may cancel the order and receive 100% store credit, which can be applied toward any other item available on soundfoundations.in. Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
  • Warranty: Soundfoundations.in is an authorized dealer for all brands listed on our website. All products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty valid in India. Please note that international warranties and return policies do not apply within India.
